The portal is only accessible by PMB Investment’s authorized consultants who are officially registered with the company and maintain active status with FiMM.

The delivery of e-mail notification is almost instantly. However it will also depends on your incoming email server schedule.

You may receive an "error" message for the following reasons:

  1. Invalid credential – sign up info is not valid.
  2. Invalid date format – you did not specify the correct DOB
  3. Invalid email format – email should come with @ and domain name

At login page, click on "Forgot Password". Key in your registered email address, NRIC and date of Birth (DOB). A link will be sent to your registered email address to reset the password.

Yes. You can change your password by clicking the "Change Password" option drop down at your username once you have signed in.

You may update your company information in the "My Profile"pull down menu in the portal. The information that may change are the email address, mobile number, phone number address information. Please contact [email protected] if you require further assistance.

No, you can only update the following details:

  1. Full name
  2. Designation
  3. Office number
  4. Mobile number

The portal is designed to be viewed on the latest Mozzila Firefox or Google Chrome. This portal may not be compatible with your mobile phone display due to different display size.

You may submit your case to [email protected]. You need to provide all information with details. Normally your request will be answered in one working day depending on cases. However, for complicated cases, we will get in touch with you if we need more time to examine the details.

PMBI values all suggestions from UTCs. You may send your suggestions to [email protected]. However, PMBI needs to work closely with our providers for any customization works and may require internal approval before changes take place.

Mobile Apps will be released to UTC once it is ready. We are putting our efforts to enhance the portal’s features and required information.

The latest NAV will be published on PMBI website after our day-end process is completed. However, our back-office will note allocate the lastest NAV until all transactions are fully verified. The NAV prices on weekends and public holiday will consider the last available NAV.
